The Joy Lab
A guided journey for women who know something in their life needs to change, and are finally ready to do something about it.
Because Joy Lab is a small circle, we begin with a short clarity + fit call.
Something in you is calling for change.
Maybe it’s a quiet voice. Maybe it’s a growing discomfort. Maybe it’s the sense that the life you’ve built no longer fits in the way it once did.
You’ve tried to ignore it. You’ve tried to push through. You’ve tried to stay grateful, responsible, steady.
But the truth remains: Something wants to shift.
Joy Lab is where you learn how to turn toward that truth, and begin making the change that matters most to you now.
What is The Joy Lab?
The Joy Lab is a small group, 6‑week experience where you choose one meaningful change you want to make in your life, and you are guided step‑by‑step through the process of making it.
This is not a course. It’s not theory. It’s not inspiration for later.
It’s a laboratory for real change.
And it is also personal transformation from the inside out: strengthening your voice, presence, and capacity to act on what matters in your life, work, and relationships.
This is the work you’ve been longing to do, but haven’t had the structure or support to begin.
The Joy Lab is offered by me, Shahmeen Sadiq, Master Cerptified Coach and founder of Anjali Leadership. It is part of my broader body of relational, attuned, human-centered work.
Who The Joy Lab Is For
The Joy Lab is for women who:
-
-
- feel a deeper version of themselves trying to emerge
- know something in their life needs to change
- are tired of feeling misaligned or underexpressed
- want to be seen, heard, or taken seriously in new ways
- want to lead their life and work with more clarity, courage, and authenticity
- are willing to explore the internal stories that hold them back
- want guidance, structure, and a supportive circle
If this feels like you, I’d love to meet you and explore whether our next Joy Lab cohort is the right fit.
-
The Joy Lab is not for women who:
-
-
- want quick fixes
- are not ready to make a real change
- prefer passive learning over active experimentation
- are not willing to look inward
-
Book a Joy Lab Clarity Call
Joy Lab is a small, 6‑week circle. To protect the tenderness and cohesion of the group, we begin with a short call.
This isn’t a sales call. It’s a clarity + fit conversation. It’s a chance for you to share what’s calling for change, ask questions, and feel into whether Joy Lab is the right next step (and whether the circle will be right for you).
What Happens in the Joy Lab
In the Joy Lab you will:
-
-
- Name the change you want to make
- Clarify why it matters and where it wants to take you
- Identify the internal stories that keep you stuck
- Rewrite the narrative that holds you back
- Experiment with new ways of showing up
- Build a practice that supports your new direction
All sessions are held live on Zoom, so you can join from the comfort of your own location.
This is the work of becoming the person your life is asking you to be.

What Women Say About Our Group Programs
Why Joy?
Joy is not a feeling. It’s a compass.
It points you toward what is true, alive, and meaningful. It reveals where you are meant to grow next. It helps you become the person your life is asking you to be.
The Joy Lab is where you learn to follow that compass with support, structure, and courage.
Message from Shahmeen:
If you’re here, it’s likely because something in your life is asking for your attention. A quiet voice. A longing. A discomfort. A sense that there is more for you than the way things are right now.
I know that feeling intimately!
For more than 20 years, I’ve been supporting people as they navigate moments just like this. Moments when the old way of being no longer fits, and a new way is calling. Not loudly. Not dramatically. But insistently. Truthfully. Persistently.
The Joy Lab was born from those decades of work. It’s the distilled essence of what I’ve seen transform people’s lives again and again: the courage to turn toward what is true, the willingness to examine the stories that hold us back, and the commitment to choose a new way forward.
This is not a course. It’s not a set of tools. It’s not a motivational experience.
It’s a guided journey of becoming.
Over six weeks, you will choose one meaningful change you want to make in your life. I will walk with you as you make it. You will be supported, challenged, encouraged, and held with deep care. You will not do this alone.
If you feel that quiet inner voice saying, “It’s time,” I would be delighted to speak with you about whether our first Joy Lab cohort is right for you.
Warmly,
Shahmeen
