For community memberships: Payment will be charged to your credit card every month (if you chose the monthly option) or every year (if you chose the annual option) according to the date you joined. Please remain a member for as long as it serves you to do so. If you wish to cancel, you can do so easily as of the next billing date, however no refunds will be offered once the billing term has begun.
For courses: Full payment amount will be charged to your credit card upon receipt of registration form. A 20% processing fee will be withheld for cancellations up to 5 days before the beginning of the program. Cancellations made within 5 days of the beginning of the program will be subject to a fee equivalent to 80% of the program price.
For corporate Leadership Development programs: Please refer to your unique Letter of Agreement for all terms and conditions of service.
Please note that refunds are not available on any leadership assessments that have been launched and are only available at the discretion of the instructor once a program has begun.
