I guide leaders through the crossroads moments that matter, the moments where clarity, courage, and deeper presence are required. Since 2005, I’ve supported leaders across industries and sectors in Canada and the US, helping them navigate complexity with more steadiness, humanity, and impact.
My work has always been centered in the belief that leadership is deeply human work. Over the years, I’ve witnessed that the most meaningful transformations don’t come from learning new models or mastering new frameworks. They come from leaders reconnecting with themselves, their values, their inner wisdom, their capacity to stay present, even in the midst of unforeseeable challenges.
Today, my work is devoted to helping professionals strengthen their wisdom and leadership through executive coaching for organizational leaders, and strength coaching for professional women over 50.
